The Poly-Trux® 50P-16 recycling cart from material handling product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Saddle Brook, New Jersey, features a clever caster configuration that creates a slight yet constant tipping action from the front or back permitting smooth rolling over curbs, ramps, tailgates, speed bumps and other impediments. Designed for recycling companies, municipalities, paper mills, trucking companies, document destruction companies and others, the rugged 50P-16 boasts two oversized center casters with five-inch wheels in four-inch, one-piece forks supported at the corners by four heavy-duty, swiveling four-inch casters. The difference in the wheel height creates the slight tipping action that enables a single handler to safely move the cart over impediments even when filled with paper or other materials.
The 50P-16, with its one-piece fork and sturdy 5/8" painted marine plywood base, comfortably accommodates payloads up to 400 lbs. without bulging or distorting and nests for efficient storage and returns while its 28-1/2-inch width fits three across in a standard trailer. The sturdy 50P-16 is rotationally molded of weatherproof polyethylene in a single unit for structural strength and durability and is offered with a range of options including locks, colors, forklift pockets and paper feed dividers for grade separation.
