The French company Aries Packaging, specialized in the production of complete packaging lines, is introducing its new flexible overwrapping line and tray-packing machine. Combining a new generation Ariform 603 sleevewrapper, a divider, and a robotized tray packer Aritray, the new line was presented at the Interpack 2005 tradeshow in Düsseldorf (Germany), April 21-27, 2005, hall 6, booth C09.

The new generation Ariform 603 sleevewrapper features longer packs blanks magazine, less moving parts, and independent left and right adjustments. It offers an excellent ergonomy while keeping operator’s accessibility.

The robotized tray-packer Aritray uses a dynamic collation forming and progressive deceleration of movements for improved product protection, all at a rate of 40 trays per minute. The products are transferred into the trays by a 4 axis FANUC M-420iA robot.

All of Aries Packaging machines may be completed by numerous integrated or separate peripherals such as accumulators, convergers, dividers, conveyors, mixing systems, and stackers, associated with control systems for the complete management of end-of-lines from the fillers outfeed.
