No. 808 is an electrically-heated, 500ºF (260ºC) walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used in the process of scrap recovery on photocopier rolls at the customer's facility.

Workspace dimensions measure 84" W x 102"D x 78"H. 420KW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular elements to heat the unit, while a 17,500 CFM, 15-HP recirculating blower motor provides a combination airflow to the workload.

This unique Grieve walk-in oven features 4" thick insulated walls throughout, with the unit split into three sections (as shown in photo) to pass through a 72" doorway.

The unit has a 16 Ga. aluminized steel interior, 16 Ga. stainless steel heating chamber interior and aluminized steel exterior, as well as a remote-mounted 1000 CFM powered forced exhauster.

In addition, two 30" x 24" x 6" thick stainless steel high-temperature HEPA filters are onboard to filter exhaust air, while twelve 24" x 24" x 6" thick stainless steel high-temperature 65% ASHRAE recirculating filters are installed in the air return ductwork at the ceiling level.
